Frost Nova Behavior

Frost Nova Bug:

Description
Frost Nova has a percent chance to freeze AND WILL damage a target(s) a target if frozen, thus breaking the frozen status on the target(s).

Requirements
-Monster(s) with HP higher than what 2 Frost Novas would damage for (Tested on Orc Lady)
-Target(s) must be within 2 cells of caster

How to Replicate
-Cast Frost Nova on unfrozen target(s) to freeze
-Cast Frost Nova on frozen target(s)

Issues
-Frozen targets will unfreeze and will be damaged
-Unfrozen targets that become frozen will be damaged

Skill Description
Max Level: 10 (83% freeze chance, 4s cast time)
Level used: 10
Type: Offensive
Target: Self
Area: 5x5
Effect:
Hits every enemy in a 5x5 area around the Caster with a Water element frost attack.
The freeze chance is higher than of Frost Diver (33+5*SkillLV%).
The magic damage to each target is 66+7*SkillLV%, but if a monster is frozen it won't receive any damage.
The caster is of course immune to his/her own Frost Nova.
