I'm not sure whether this is a server-side issue or a client-side issue but since I'm using 2009-10-13aRagexeRE (also tried older clients and Sakexe) I'm guessing it is server-side.
Problem is that monsters over lv99 like the New World ones are showing the lv99 aura while they don't on official servers. This makes them look really out of place.
