Hi, i checked several sources, rms, description, euRO based ragnarok sites.
They all say: 1sp per (SkillLV + 3) sec sp drain while cloaked.
Only irowiki says as it is current on eathena. (lvl3 every2seconds 1 sp, lvl10 every 9 seconds 1sp)
Since eathena is kro based and this is perhaps a iro only change i hope you can check for it.
