As it can be seen here: http://rojournal.doddlercon.com/journalvid.php (select Bloody Branch Randgris on the right) which happens on iRO, Randgris does not switch target for the TKM heating her. All aggressive monsters act as well, unless melee attacked (no skills) they don't change target.

This is actually a big issue since in big mvp events it prevents any melee damage dealer from attacking without wreaking chaos.

For more evidences there are tons of video showing this on the linked website (the endless run is a very good one, but much too long to be the main example).

and Bloody Branchs at iRO work different from normal MVP respawns[at least until Renewal it was like that, at Renewal not sure but probably is].
They have a "bugged" AI which you can abuse for stuff like that or like you use a BB next to a wall and the MVP will be Wall-bugged[since they will respawn on the wall] leading to not moving and teleporting to the same cell over and over.
Since they don't move people can just do something as Asura or other stuff like when Doodler Wall-bugged a BB Berz and killed her with Pierce or BB[something like that] Spam[there is even some shots around showing the berz on a corner and dead on the same corner] just to see if it was possible/worth to do it.

People there know that fact and abuse it to get lots of mvp cards and other stuff and even GM team knows that but they never fixed it over the years [everybody knows why =p].
