i posted in support but then realized this is a glitch. I lested every svn after 11628 and every svn till now will have a error only on the 64x but not on 32x

a test server= windows server 2003 32x
my real server= windows server 2003 64x
all the svn i ran on 32x work with no error but as soon as i try on 64 i get the error that is posted on the post above.
