At present, Vocal monster have mode: 0x3795, so it does not have the miniboss consideration.
Mastering, Eclipse, Vagabond Wolf, Dragon Fly and Toad are mini-boss, so they have mode: 14261
Why Vocal does not have the same mode than them?

According to the [url="http://db.irowiki.org/db/monster-info/1088/"]database[/url] this flag isn't set for Vocal.
