Few players in my server are stating that they can't rebirth. They meet all the requirements but the valkyria script just stops in the first conditional.

That's all they get and there is no way for them to get out of there. All them states that they were able to reach the valkyria's map without paying the 1.285.000 fee and that the NPC acts as if they have already paid. They get teleported to the valkyria's place after talking with the heart of Ymir.
PD: Most players can finish the rebirth quest without experience this problem.
