I'm not really sure how the skill works, but other ensemble skills disappear if you walk out of the area.
Eternal Chaos:
Cast Eternal Chaos > Can't move > Cast Longing for Freedom > Move out of the skill area > Eternal Chaos disappear
Lullaby:
Cast Eternal Chaos > Can't move > Cast Longing for Freedom > Move out of the skill area > Lullaby stays at where it was casted
