And the skill description which states:
There is a chance of causing a Blind effect on you (without HIT/Flee reductions).

'Full Buster' blindness should be only a dummy effect without HIT & FLEE reductions. It seems it was never fixed or looked into, so it would be nice a confirmation on whether current skill behaviour is correct or not.
