Some time ago I looked to Aegis script and it's looking fine - but bolt autocast activate when player use Firebolt/Coldbolt Scroll.
You can also reproduce this with Super Novice linked for weapon wield then using bolt (from your skills) then you get 100% autocast from this weapon. It's looking strange to me.
