The skill description for Bowling Bash shows the knockback depends on the skill level. However, on eAthena, the knockback is fixed to 1.

I think it's not fixed at one in official, it depends on gutterline, a colleague that has a knight said it knock-back up to 3 depending on gutterline.
I had one too, but there's such a time.
