Description says : Endow a weapon with damage that will splash 9 cells around the character with each attack.
But from the script and ingame it seems it does not work that way. Example

Where X,1,C are the cells where monster get damaged .
C is the character attacking monster 1.
N are the cells where they dont get damaged.
Script should reflect the description appropriately in my opinion,like this
