For some reason, assassins can equip arrows. They can't use the Throw Venom Knife skill with arrows, but it seems odd that they would be able to put arrows on. I've heard that equipping freezing arrows gives the assassin the ability to freeze opponents regardless of which weapon they use, but I haven't tested that yet.
