It's commented out, but still. Equipping it shows it as a lower headgear, but it's currently set as an upper headgear.

Also commented out. But this should (from the looks of it) be a middle headgear, while it's currently an upper. Not sure about this. The kRO files seem to have it as upper while the phRO files have it as middle. Looking at the sprite it seems to be middle, but not sure.
ViewID should be set to 584.

ViewID should be set to 580. Name seems to be Campune Hat.
And yeah, these are all commented out right now, but can't hurt to fix them I guess.
Edit: Just noticed that Cancer Crown and Cancer Diadem have swapped ItemIDs. At least, when looking at the lua definitions and various idnum2itemdisplaynametable.txt files (and just by looking at the sprite) it seems to be wrong.
