Old skill window works but not the new one. For the new one, it seems like it needed something from the "Nov - 1st Class" tab although I had everything at max level in that tab. Not sure if this is a client or LUA thing?

Union is not level-able skill, you earn it upon being linked -- I've tested on the new skill window and it works fine once I'm linked
