Errors and Warning after Update

I had these errors after updating. I use SVN update (Tortoise SVN).

EDIT
I've solved the mercenary errors by downloading the mercenary db and mercenary skills.

I tried doing the same way on the pvp/(gvg/battleground) but the warning still stays.
