bAtkRate don't work properly?

1. on Aegis bAtkRate don't exist at all
2. The Sign and Brynhild for ex. , same scripts on Aegis (ClassAddDamage X) - different on eA.
3. Compare bAtkRate,X; with bonus2 bAddRace,RC_NonBoss,X; bonus2 bAddRace,RC_Boss,X; bonus2 bAddRace2,5,X; the damage is different

easy to reproduce it with Spiral Pierce, Cart Termination, Final Strike etc.

bAtkRate it's shorter to write maybe but don't work exactly same.
