Mob attack walking 'freeze'

After playing on a server, I found a potential bug. I cannot confirm whether this is cross-server or simply for the one I was playing, however I found that when attacking a mob (Anubis was my primary concern) with short-range melee attacks, when clicking on the mob the character would walk towards to the mob, and then freeze on a cell for a second or two.

I enabled effects and obviously did some checking for skills that could be causing the problem, however no skills inflict Stop or the Spider-web status. I even checked to ensure Firewall wasn't causing it, however I performed some tests and Firewall had not been cast (and worked as intended when I finally got Anubis to cast it).

To re-create, simply warp to in_sphinx4 (and maybe even 5) and proceed to walk towards an Anubis and click to attack it. On occasion your character will completely stop on a cell (3~4 cells away from the mob) and won't move until the mob reaches you.

As I said, I can't confirm this is completely applicable on all eAthena servers. It could just be a potential bug on the server I was playing, however I have not encountered it on any other map so far with any other mob (on the same server) so I may be able to rule out the possibility of lag issues.
