Further tests with party booking revealed following issues:

Only party leaders can register a recruitment
Every character should be according to tests on iRO able to create a recruitment, regardless of whether in party or not. The original author of the implementation also states in the modification thread, that this feature is custom. To resolve this issue, I see two options:

• Remove the party and party leader requirement. Entries will be registered by char_id (preferred).
• Keeping the ability for only party leaders being able to set up recruitments, but make it optional and disabled by default, so that it reflects official behavior.

Recruit entry index is party_id
Packet capture on iRO shows the index is being incremented when a recruitment entry is created.

Recruitment is displayed only to the creator upon addition
Creation should be send to all clients, likewise modification and deletion. The client will not display anything unless some results were already displayed, but that's a clientside issue.
