Look at step 7. The quest has you type in a NPC name. There's no problem on iRO, as his name is Klitzer, but putting in Clitzer(the name of said NPC on eAthena) causes the chat filter to go off and prevents people from finishing the quest. Somewhat silly, if you ask me...
