we have given the folder of

But every script by default :
eg.1
char_athena.conf

import: conf/import/char_conf.txt
But every script(char,inter,etc) who includes those files by default
uses the /import/ directory and not the /import-tmpl/ directory.
So either we can rename import-tmpl to import OR
edit each of the script to include import-tmpl folder instead of import folder.
