No matter how i put my IP's in, whether it be local 127.0.0.1 or w/e, or my regular IP's, this error comes up, i tried changing the port for char serv in case it might be a used port or something retarded, and nowhere on the bug trackers or anywhere in eAthena forums could i find any solution and i spent like 10+ hours looking.

please help
