Normaly, all monsters (exept boss-monster and deamon) should take 2 or 3 blow's and got freezed with the 3rd blow. But there are many mobs (testes on different mobs and maps) will freezed with the first blow and take no more damage from Storm Gust ... thats horrable if you will kill a mob and all monsters will freezed instandly with the first blow ...
