Free Cast to bypass Curse walk speed.

From one of my players:
When a Safe/Prof is cursed, the skill free cast (assuming he is casting a spell) let\'s the caster have his normal free cast movement speed instead of 75%(at max level) of the cursed movement speed while casting. Makes for perfect time to cast spells such as Memorize when a Prof to semi-avoid the movement speed reduction from the cursed state.

Tested and functioning as noted above.
