Item unique ID doesn't updates when item moved from inventory to cart, it use memcpy(&sd->status.cart[i],item_data,sizeof(sd->status.cart[0])). Item unuque id was changed when inter server insert data to mysql table, in map server there is still old item id, it updates only when char relog-in.
