Currently the pet_db entry for CHUNG_E is set to 1519, which I believe should be 1631.
The capture item is Tantan Noodle (12395), which is dropped by White Lady and the 1631 variant of Chung E. But since 1519 doesn't spawn anywhere (not a MVP slave either) it should probably be the 1631 version. iRO Wiki also links the Tantan Noodle item to the 1631 version of Chung E.
