Cumulative success rates for Armor Enchanting range from 36/50 = 72% to 36/60 = 60% in eAthena.
iRO Wiki says it should be from 80% (=36/45) to 65.(45)% (=36/55).
It's possible off-by-5 bug, but it needs to be confirmed by official script.
