Thanatos Quest

When a player does a thanatos quest, basically it will eat their charmstones in the end, but then not open up the warp.
I decided to see if something happened while some player did it before the ones trying now, so i teled them there and had them put the Fragments (despair, Hatred, Sorrow, Agony) in the slots... but it refused to take them, but the last seal that you need to summon him with, was open as if the fragments were already inserted. But still, no matter what you wrote in the last seal, it doesnt summon Thanatos in the end.
I have NO idea what to do -.-;
