You should remove a 'close' in line 492 of eden_common.txt

CODE
case 1:
    mes "[Eden Teleport Officer]";
    mes "Let's go to our secret base!";
    set nak_warp,12;
-    close;
    close2;
    warp "moc_para01",31,14;
    end;



Because of that 'typo', Eden Teleport Officer#12 in Payon doesn't warp the character to the Eden map.
