In the official settings, when a player dispell a player with Bragis the effect of the bragi on that player shoudn't be affected and can still faster cast than the usual or the Dispell must not have an effect on a player with bragis. Sorry for my bad english.

This applies this way as far as i can tell: You are INSIDE bragi area, you get dispelled, boom your effect is gone and you have to move to-reactivate. -- it should still dispell if you're out of the song area (e.g. on the 20s dur after you leave song area).

Fixed in [rev=15139] (if you're inside the song area it will not be dispelled)
