Miracle, and Warm Wind are dispellable. They are not supposed to be.

I don't have "proof" persay but I've seen bug reports on a server that went from Aegis --> eA and noticed this change plus I just watched this video:

At 8:50 the TKM gets dispelled. She keeps Warm Wind and Miracle.

This bug is pretty bad for anyone who is trying to kill the Valks in Dimensional Gorge as they constantly dispel and Miracle takes a long time to proc again.

I have no accounts on any official server so... Test this for me, thanks.

Also Miracle is supposed to be removed when changing map servers officially, not maps. For instance you can go to the map one east of Morroc, use the talkie box trick to

get miracle via a hunter + blast accessory then go into dimensional gorge. Most eA servers don't have map/zone servers so this aspect of TKM is a bit messed up.

Miracle ends when it has lasted for an hour, logs off, or switches map servers. Sources:
