On the jobquest, the npc says you must be at least job lv40 to become a taekwon master, but the check is actually:
if(BaseLevel > 39) {
Official script asks for base level or thats a conversion bug?

EDIT:
On a second thought, this IS a bug, you cant just allow changing job based on base level, or you will (Removed By Forum) up your character pretty nice if you dont get a few tk skills, and even can change from novice 40/10 to tk 40/1 and then tk master 40/1 without lvling a single poring.
