as the title stated, the riding state is not being removed after changing the character job...
how to reproduce:
@job 7
@allskills
@mount
@job 4009
and you still have the riding state.

I have gone knight -> mount -> wiz -> it goes off. If you have GM set to have all damn skills then it doesn't work for you because you'd have riding skill (which server thinks makes you able to mount)
