I tested RagexeRE.exe 2011-02-28 or higher, if player log in with wrong password or user name, client will be clashed right away.
I think the cause of that clash is the system that has been changed by packet RagRE.
Ps. I changed packet_db.txt: default and modification #define PACKETVER 20110228 ~ or higher tested
