Here's the thing, I already set the drops in battle conf. to max on Equipment drop rate. now, the Monster info says it drops 100% of knife, but when I spawn again and again there will be times that it doesn't drop.. and I'm sure that also other mobs are affected like this.. here's a screenie of it..

It is due to the renewal drop mechanic which modifies the drop rate depending on your level.
