Aura. 1 = Old Aura
Aura. 2 = New Aura
Reproduce:
1. Start with any 3rd job 150 base Level = Using Aura 2
2. Job change to any jobs except 3rd job = Using Aura 2
3. Refresh = Using Aura 1
4. Job Change to any 3rd job = Using Aura 1
is it a bug?

AFAIK it's up to game client only if it shows the aura or not (and which one), based on level (sent from server) and job. So the issue is most likely client-side and thus unable to fix.

yes gepard is correct, 3rd job aura is controlled exclusively by the client, server has no control over it.
