sir Ind there is no Shield Dispell skill, what you mean by that is [color=#0000ff]Shield Spell[/color] if im not mistaking. at level 3 Shield Spell, the success rate was 5%*(shield refine).
it also has 3 effects when succeed like:[list]
[*]Self buff that increases EquipDEF by 10.5*(shield refine). Duration = (Shield Refine)*20 seconds
