I've been meaning to bring this up for a while.
I have found since the groups.conf update that if I have @localbroadcast enabled for group ID 30, that group cannot use /lb even though it works fine as @localbroadcast.
Same with /nlb.
TLDR: / commands dont seem to work even when @ command version is allowed.
Confirmations?
