When killing a Monster in a party with even share on, one character will gain half of the gained exp and the other one will gain a much smaller amount.

Poring gives 13 EXP on 5x Rates
One player kills it and gain 7 EXP.
The other player will gain 1 EXP.
Sometimes the other way around (Killer gets 1 EXP).
Tested with 95 Assassin and 93 Monk.

Downloaded a clean rAthena and set it up:[list]
[*]IP, Port Setup
[*]REMODE on
[*]RE_DROP_MOD off
[*]RECASTING off
[*]RE_EDP off
[*]Used SQL Database from my main server to test it with the same chars

I don't think that it is te problem ...
If I disable RENEWAL_EXP, the system of exp depending of level is over.
here, de problem is a problem of share exp into a team.
for example,
The teamleader gains about 60 % exp
The second member gains about 30 % exp
The third member gains about 10 % exp
