or should we add an option to exclude mini-bosses from drop penalty too?

The way it is now, rates should be the [b]same[/b].
All of the [font=courier new,courier,monospace]item_rate_*****_boss[/font] configs are for monsters with the MD_BOSS mode (this includes MVPs and mini-bosses).

the rates are the same for both mvp and mini-boss, but like i have been emphasizing the whole time. [b]mvp's are excluded from renewal's drop rate penalty, but mini-boss is NOT[/b]. therefore, if you set boss card drop rates to 5x, MvP card drop will always be 0.05% but mini-boss will vary depending on the drop rate penalty (it can go as low as .01%).

my drop rate for boss cards is set to 3x. one player found tao gunka card at 0.03%, but another player found ghostring card at 0.01% (it got lowered to 0.01 because of the renewal drop rate penalty). tao gunka was unaffected because it is a MVP. it just doesn't make sense to set up the system to have mini-bosses drop their cards at a lower chance than MvP.
