The NPC in the Cats Footprint quest asks you to kill 1000 Kobold Archers, but requires to not kill any Wild Rose. The second is done with the quest log system as well, but the NPC just checks if you have the quest, and does not care if you actually finished killing any (in this case just 1 Wild Rose) monsters, which also triggers when you didn't kill any Wild Rose at all.

Attached a diff with the fix that also changes the second parameter of checkquest to use the available constants.
