To avoid bypassing the 5 minutes cooldown by relogging, the skill has a 5 minutes delay after logging in.

after updating rathena to its latest revison Emergency Call now not working. even i click it double and use the "use" key. i tried all guild skill not working for me (battle orders, regeneration, restore and EC) as of may 31, 2012

-- i know the that it need 5 mins before you can use it. but 4me. i did not use it yet since yesterday. but when i updated the rathena(2 hrs ago) to its latest revision i cant use EC anymore. i did try to start woe and im on the guild castle still i cant use..
