How to reproduce:
-Open inventory or any window, like the skill list or info, etc
-Go to another map
-The window is still there but you can't click it, and need to put ESC or close it pressing the menu
-Same if you logout with some windows open, when you come back, i can't click them at all.

if you are in a window mode and there is another application running in your system(like sticky notes, side bars, dock and etc)..
this is mostly to happen..just refresh the focus of the client by clicking outside and bringing it back or better switch to full screen...
