there is a portal in morocc 43, 108 but i can't see the portal and an npc beside it. can i ask where and what files i can check this up? it's for nameless island quest by the way.

It's the quests_prontera.txt file in the npc/quests/ Folder.
And as for my Testserver the Warp Portal and the NPC besides the Portala re both appearing and working.
