Steps to reproduce:
- rent a cart
- take you cart off
- enjoy your cart visually off while you are still able to access it with alt+w or at your equip window
- refresh doesn't fix it
- relog to fix it
and why the new sc was not added do dispel and clearance statuses list? and at pc.c at statuses that doesn't get off at death and logout & etc? xd

i was able to confirm that. although you can still access the cart window, the server believes it is no longer available therefore any operation you attempt will not be taken into account into the server (aka its a cosmetic bug and no exploit can be made out of this)
