In WoE targets can move past a Vacuum and are only subject to it's effect if they come to a stop in Vacuum AoE.

In WoE the skill duration begins when the target steps into the AoE. As the target continues to move to their destination cell the duration timer decreases. With a long or slow enough movement the duration may end before or as they reach their original destination, allowing them to continue moving.

Currently, both of these effects are not working.

A represents where the player is, B is where the player clicks, and X is the area of Vacuum Extreme. The player will go through Vacuume Extreme but not come to a stop, which in WoE will mean that Vacuum Extreme will not affect them. Out side of WoE though if this were to happen Vacuum Extreme would stop the player. If the player though were to click inside the area of Vacuum Extreme and come to a stop, then they would be affected by it.

This is pretty vital in WoE since it's close cooridors. Players can cast Vacuum Extreme and it's a huge trap and is easily abused right now in WoE.

No. Not from what the description states. It is saying the character clicks in the area and comes to a stop. The character can click in there but as long as they click out before their character reaches that point then they won't be affected by it.

I think no need to fix that because the mixed up of cooldown, aftercast delay that will make you to only cast 3but if you can reduce it you can cast more...well I think that is how official works

ATM I cannot gather official behavior for VE in GVG however here is the fixed for its official behavior @ [rev='16591']
