I can confirm this.. but it don't happen only with Sight Trasher, tested with Jupitel and Crimson rock, and give the same result.
Cells can't be walked, not sure for how much.. but for now i was waiting 10mins and nothing.

Edit: @refresh command make the cells walkable again..
