Stun Status From Fatal Blow

I've been playing on the latest eA stable and I noticed that if I do Bash the Stun from Fatal Blow doesn't work unless I actually do damage. If I miss Stun never happens. This really needs to be fixed.

EDIT: Someone just pointed out to me that it apprently stun should not work on a miss, but it should work with unmissable damage from forged weapons, just going to detail what's happening at the moment so someone can say whats right and wrong.

With Fatal Blow:

Bash on Flee = No Stun
Bash + Magnum Break Damage on Flee = Stun
Bash + Magnum Break Damage on Flee + Kyrie = No Stun
Bash + Seeking Damage from Forged Weapoons on Flee + Kyrie = No Stun

Hope someone knows about this ._. and I don't get yelled at ^^;
