NPC_DRAGONFEAR should have the effect '668', I've not yet seen this one though with my own eyes. I've yet to really make it down to Abyss 3 for the sole purpose of dying.
However, I have seen the following two, though I'm not sure if the effects were left unimplemented for a reason.
NPC_WIDEBLEEDING should have the effect '669'
NPC_BLEEDING should have the effect '677'
I'm not sure exactly if it's possible to get a packet capture (or really what I'd even look for IN the capture) since my poor minstrel would get kicked in the teeth and hard.
