Well ive noticed this problem recently and haven't seen anyone mention any changes that went into backslide but this is what ive noticed all of a sudden backslide is now effected by aspd if someone has 190 aspd they have no delay in backslide and they can spam backslide non stop as far as i know i dont believe that aspd reduces / elliminates the skill delay.
